The lenses are designed for full-frame cameras with a 46 mm image circle to optimally utilize the entire sensor area and provide high image quality up to the edges - ideal for high-resolution full-frame cameras.

Drop-In Filters 

Another special feature of the NiSi Athena Prime Cinema lenses is the integration of drop-in filters in the E-, RF-, and L-Mount versions (PL-Mount is equipped with a rear filter holder). This innovative filter solution allows filmmakers to insert ND or Vario-ND filters directly into the lens without having to change the front lens. This speeds up the filter change and simultaneously reduces the risk of dust and dirt on the optics.

Note: The NiSi Athena Prime lenses with E-Mount and drop-in filters are not compatible with the Sony FX9 and DJI Ronin 4D. For these camera models, the NiSi Athena Prime lenses with E-Mount without drop-in filters must be used!
