Each lens in the series offers you an impressive speed of T1.4, a generous 46mm image circle and a compact, uniform housing design. For you, this means: more efficient workflows and faster work on set.
The Aureus Prime lenses are only available with PL mount and are therefore clearly aimed at professional users in the cine sector. In addition, three further focal lengths are already being planned: 29mm, 65mm and 105mm - for even more creative freedom when choosing your visual language.

Thanks to the extremely fast T1.4 aperture, you can work reliably even in difficult lighting conditions. The 11-blade iris diaphragm ensures a beautifully soft, natural bokeh - perfect for emphasizing emotions. Regardless of whether you film with T1.4 open or stopped down to T22 - contrast and sharpness remain constant and at the highest level.

The AUREUS PRIME lenses rely on ultra-low dispersion elements to effectively minimize chromatic aberrations, distortions and colour fringing. A special coating reduces stray light and ghost images. This means you can rely on your images remaining clear, color-neutral and authentic.
Precise focus without distraction
When focusing, your image section remains virtually stable - focus breathing is reduced to a minimum. The large 300° focus ring gives you full control and makes precise, repeatable focusing child's play - particularly important for high-resolution productions where every detail counts.

The Aureus Prime lenses deliver a neutral, precise color profile and thus meet the highest demands for authentic color reproduction. Thanks to advanced micro-contrast control, even the finest details in shadow areas are retained, while smooth tonal transitions ensure a natural, cinematic image. The AUREUS PRIME lenses adapt to your workflow.
All lenses in the series have the same design: 90mm front diameter, 86mm filter thread and an average weight of around 1300g. This saves you time when changing lenses, as your rig remains balanced. Focus and aperture adjustment rings are always in the same position so that you can use accessories without any problems. For better visibility in low-light environments, the scales are provided with luminous color - so you can read focus and aperture precisely even in low light.

With the integrated filter holder on the back of the lens, you can use additional ND, diffusion or effect filters - ideal if you work with drones, gimbals or hand-held cameras and every gram counts.
