Nisi SWIFT Black Mist 1/4 (62mm)

The Black Mist 1/4 is designed for the NiSi SWIFT System and can be combined in any way to obtain, for example, a TC VND 5-9 + Mist Filter. All SWIFT System filters (except the TC VND 1-5) can also be used individually directly on the lens with the SWIFT Adapter Ring. This results in 15 different ways the SWIFT System can be utilized.
Black Mist
Our NiSi Black Mist filters are used to reduce contrast and tone down highlights. Additionally, the NiSi Black Mist filters give light sources a diffuse look due to the minimal light scattering of the incorporated black particles.
These small black dots in the filter ensure that the shadow areas in the photo are affected as little as possible, and only the bright light sources are softened. The result: The photo appears softer, gains a gentle radiance and painterly atmosphere, as well as a harmonious flair. Lights are muted and diffuse, and skin imperfections are softened.
