100x150mm Star Soft Filter

The NiSi Star Soft Filter was specifically designed for astrophotography and makes stars appear larger, so constellations stand out more clearly. The brighter a star is, the larger it is rendered, making the night sky in your shots sparkle.

Works like a graduated filter

The upper half of 100mm of the filter shows the full effect, while the lower half of 50mm remains clear and without effect. This way, the filter can be positioned to highlight the stars without affecting the foreground. Some photographers also like to use the effect in the foreground by sliding the filter fully into the holder to apply the effect to the entire scene.

Neutral tones and no light loss

The Star Soft Filter causes no light loss, ensures neutral tones, and leaves no color cast. It is compatible with the NiSi V6/V7 100mm filter holder and all holders that can accommodate 100mm wide and 2mm thick filters.
