The NiSi Cinema True Color VND 1-5 Stops for the C5 Matte Box is a new rotating variable ND filter specifically designed for the C5 Matte Box.
Even Darkening of the Image
With a density of 0.3 to 1.5, it allows for even darkening of the entire image, enabling the use of larger apertures without changing the correct shutter speed and ISO sensitivity. The filter density can be easily adjusted by turning the gear on the top or alternatively via a motor that can be wirelessly controlled via the 15mm rod holder.
True Color Coating
The filter is also equipped with a True Color coating that prevents color shifts, as seen with other variable filters. The True Color ND-Vario 1-5 Stops is made of high-resolution optical glass for the best resolution and quality. The glass is coated with a NiSi Multilayer Nano Coating, providing a waterproof, oil-resistant, and anti-reflective coating to avoid ghosting and reflections.
