My name is Lukas Prenner and I have been passionate about landscape photography for four years. With my Fujifilm X-T5, I have a camera set that serves me well on every adventure - especially because it is so versatile and reliable. There is nothing more beautiful than capturing nature in all its facets. The right equipment is indispensable for me. Good filters not only help with technical challenges, but also open up new creative possibilities. In this article, I would like to share my experiences with the NiSi V7 filter system and the associated polarising and ND filters, which accompany me time and again in many of my photos.

The NiSi V7 filter system impressed me with its good workmanship right from the first contact. The aluminium filter holder is lightweight, yet sturdy. I particularly like the easy handling - changing the filters is quick and uncomplicated. The set includes a polarising filter and various ND filters, which have helped me a lot in different shooting situations.

The True Colour polarising filter is a real highlight. It helps to reduce unwanted reflections on shiny surfaces, such as water.

The reflection can be finely adjusted by turning the filter so that I can adapt the image precisely to the current lighting conditions.

Another advantage: the True Color polarising filter enhances the colours. Especially when taking pictures of forests or the sky, the green and blue tones come into their own much more intensively without the pictures looking too artificial. Another particularly practical feature is that you can reduce distracting reflections on wet surfaces - such as rocks or plants - while taking the picture. This means you don't have to bother with time-consuming post-processing.

The NiSi ND filters of the NiSi V7 filter system have opened up completely new possibilities for me in long exposures. They allow me to achieve great effects even in brighter light situations - for example, to smooth out water surfaces or set clouds in motion.

What I found particularly exciting is how easy it is to work creatively with the ND filters without having to worry about colour shifts or unpredictable results. They give me the freedom to create long exposures exactly how I want them.

What I like most is the combination of user-friendly handling and high-quality results. Especially in difficult lighting conditions or in challenging scenes, I have more time for creative work because I don't have to worry so much about technical details. The system fits perfectly into my way of working and helps me to realise my ideas.

For me, the NiSi V7 filter system has opened up a new dimension in my work. The ability to control reflections and extend the exposure time as required has helped me to capture scenes that were previously difficult to realise. This personal added value makes the system an indispensable companion on my photographic travels.
