On my recent photo trip to Iceland, I had the chance to test the new 100mm filter holder for the NiSi JetMag Pro filter system. It was designed to combine magnetic round filters from the JetMag Pro with 100mm square filters, making it possible to also use a graduated neutral density (GND) filter.

How about vignetting in the corners?

Even when using two magnetic round filters there is no vignetting on a full-frame wide-angle lens down to 15mm focal length. When using just one magnetic round filter together with the 100mm filter holder, even 14mm can remain free of vignetting. 

Does the 100mm filter holder from the NiSi V7 filter system also fit the JetMag Pro magnetic filter system?

No. The 100mm filter holder for the JetMag Pro is a completely new design. It has been optimized for the magnetic filter system and can be easily attached using the dedicated JetMag adapter ring.

How is the 100mm filter holder mounted on the JetMag Pro magnetic filter system?
