Conditions of participation

1. The competition is organized by NiSi and is limited exclusively to participants in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

2.Participation in the competition takes place by fulfilling the specified conditions of participation, which are published in the corresponding post of the organizer on the social media platform.

3. The competition begins when the post is published and ends on the date specified in the post. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

4. Persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg are eligible to participate.

5. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

6. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation or attempt to manipulate the competition.

8. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties that may arise during the competition, including but not limited to server failures, disconnections or delays.

9. The organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice.

10. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that his/her name will be published on the social media platform in the event of winning.

11. The competition is in no way connected to the social media platform and is in no way supported, sponsored or organized by it. 

12. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
