As they often say, I held my parents' camera in my hands as a child and tried out all sorts of different things with it. I always found macro photography very exciting because you often only find the subject when you take enough time and peace to look for it and can take unusual perspectives. It was also a nice ‘relaxation exercise’ that allowed me to take my mind off my stressful working day - usually at the weekend.
But of course I have always been fascinated by other photographic themes, such as landscape and people photography. Finally, in 2006, I decided to set up a business, which allowed me to offer professional photographic support for weddings or corporate events alongside my main job and also to sell various images in stock databases. In later years, I decided to hold my first own workshops, as I wanted to pass on my experience and celebrate my shared passion with the participants.
